Air Fryer Salmon Bowl With Spicy Mayo

This Air Fryer Salmon Bowl features perfectly cooked salmon paired with a creamy, spicy mayo sauce and fresh vegetables, creating a nutritious and flavorful meal in minutes.

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush with olive oil; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the salmon cooks, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl to make the spicy mayo sauce.
  5. Prepare the bowl by placing cooked jasmine rice as the base.
  6. Top the rice with diced cucumber, shredded carrots, and avocado slices.
  7. Once salmon is cooked, flake it into large chunks and add to the bowl.
  8. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion if desired.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in soy sauce and a little honey for 15 minutes before air frying.
