A refreshing and nutritious Berry Spinach Smoothie packed with antioxidants and vitamins, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place spinach, mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and chia seeds for extra nutrition, then blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use frozen spinach or add a few ice cubes before blending. You can also substitute almond milk with coconut or oat milk based on preference.
