  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie cheese wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the fresh rosemary sprigs around the brie forming a wreath shape.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the rosemary and brie.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle honey on top of the brie, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette.
