Creamy Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi is a comforting Italian-inspired dish featuring tender chicken, pillowy gnocchi, and a rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked chicken slices to the skillet and warm through for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add butter, heavy cream, and milk to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Slowly whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, gently tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper and serve with a side of garlic bread or a crisp green salad.
