Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark

This Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark is a healthy and delicious frozen treat combining creamy Greek yogurt, rich cocoa, and crunchy mix-ins for a perfect guilt-free dessert or snack.

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Spread the chocolate yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and chia seeds evenly over the top.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  7. Serve immediately or keep frozen for a refreshing snack anytime.

Notes

For a festive twist, sprinkle crushed peppermint or dried berries on top before freezing. You can also substitute honey with agave syrup or your favorite sweetener.
