Cranberry Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip

A vibrant and creamy dip combining tart cranberries and spicy jalapenos with smooth cream cheese, perfect for festive gatherings or casual snacking.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh or canned cranberries
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cranberries and honey; blend until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt to the processor. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a milder dip, use half a jalapeno or remove all seeds. This dip also pairs wonderfully with toasted nuts sprinkled on top for added texture.
