Cranberry Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip

A vibrant and creamy dip combining the tartness of cranberries with the spicy kick of jalapenos, perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned cranberries
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the cranberries, chopped jalapeno, red onion, honey, and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Season with salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a milder dip, remove all jalapeno seeds; for extra zest, leave some seeds in or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
