Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

This vibrant Cranberry Jalapeño Dip perfectly balances sweet-tart cranberries with a spicy kick, making it an ideal appetizer for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine cranberries, chopped jalapeños, cream cheese, honey, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth but still has some texture.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and stir in the chopped cilantro.
  4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a milder dip, reduce the amount of jalapeño or remove the seeds entirely. This dip can also be served as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
