Create a beautiful gluten-free charcuterie board featuring a stunning salami rose centerpiece, paired with fresh fruits, cheeses, and crunchy gluten-free crackers for a perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 150g gluten-free salami slices
  • 100g aged cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 100g gouda cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free crackers
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • Handful of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • 1 small jar of fig jam

Instructions

  1. Arrange gluten-free crackers on a large serving board.
  2. Form the salami rose by tightly rolling one slice of salami and then wrapping additional slices around it in a spiral to resemble petals.
  3. Place the salami rose in the center of the board.
  4. Arrange cheese slices around the salami rose creatively.
  5. Add clusters of grapes, dried apricots, and mixed nuts in the gaps.
  6. Place small dollops of fig jam on the board or in a small bowl.
  7. Garnish the board with fresh rosemary sprigs for a fragrant finish.
  8. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For added variety, include gluten-free olives or pickles and swap out cheeses based on preference. Serve with a light white wine for an elegant touch.
