Gluten Free Chicken Tenders

Crispy and tender gluten free chicken tenders, perfect for a delicious and healthy meal that everyone will enjoy. Easy to prepare and naturally wheat-free.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
  • Cooking oil for frying (such as avocado or vegetable oil)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the gluten free flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  3. Place the gluten free breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  5. Next, dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs.
  6. Finally, coat the chicken tenders with the gluten free breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  8. Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Place cooked tenders on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake the tenders at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
