Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to evenly coat the wings in the seasoning mixture.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh parsley if using.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
