No Bake Eggnog Pie

This creamy No Bake Eggnog Pie is a festive, effortless dessert combining the rich flavors of eggnog with a smooth, velvety filling and a crisp graham cracker crust.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add eggnog to the cream cheese, mixing until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese and eggnog mixture until smooth and uniform.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish the pie with a light dusting of ground nutmeg.

Notes

For an adult twist, add 2 tablespoons of rum or bourbon to the filling mixture before folding in the whipped cream.
