Peanut Butter Pie

This creamy Peanut Butter Pie combines rich peanut butter flavor with a smooth, fluffy filling set in a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any dessert lover.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with whipped topping or use a reduced-fat cream cheese. Chill the pie overnight for the best texture.
