Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), ice cubes, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  4. Optional: Garnish with a pineapple wedge or shredded coconut on top.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add a frozen banana or reduce the amount of coconut milk. You can also substitute coconut milk with almond milk for a lighter version.
