Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip

A creamy and flavorful dip combining tangy feta cheese with smooth pumpkin puree, perfect for fall entertaining or as a unique appetizer.

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, pumpkin puree, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then pulse to combine evenly.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For extra richness, drizzle a little more olive oil on top before serving or add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
