This Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon is a quick and flavorful dinner featuring tender salmon fillets glazed with a homemade teriyaki sauce, baked alongside vibrant vegetables for an easy, wholesome meal.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the sheet pan and arrange the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas around them.
  4. Brush the salmon and vegetables generously with the teriyaki sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with steamed jasmine rice or quinoa and garnish with additional fresh herbs like cilantro or basil.
