Steak And Shrimp

This delicious Steak and Shrimp dish combines tender grilled steak with succulent shrimp, offering a perfect balance of flavors for a satisfying meal.

  • 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush the steaks generously with half of the marinade; set aside the rest for shrimp.
  4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
  5. While steaks cook, toss the shrimp with the remaining marinade and chili flakes if using.
  6. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  7. Remove steak and shrimp from grill and let steaks rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh green salad for a complete meal. For extra flavor, add a garlic butter drizzle over the steak and shrimp.
